Roadlens Labs, a Hubflow company based in British Columbia, Canada, runs roadlenslabs.com. This notice explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
What we collect
- When you contact us. If you use the pilot form or email us, we receive your name, email address, organization (if you give it) and your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
We use contact details only to reply to you and to follow up about Roadlens. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
Pilot and customer data
Footage, locations and findings from a pilot or subscription are covered by the agreement with that municipality or organization, not by this notice. Road footage can show people, vehicles and licence plates incidentally; how it is stored, blurred and retained is set out in that agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
